Cheques: Make cheque payable to the Architectural Conservancy Ontario
MAIL cheque to Friends of the Mindemoya Old School, Box 107, Mindemoya, ON P0P 1S0
Important: Note on cheque that it is for Mindemoya Old School roof repairs.
Please also notify FOMOS of your donation.

When prompted, specify whether you are a member of the ACO (Yes/No), and give your email. If your last name is in their database, they will ask if that is you (Yes/No). Then the donation form will appear. Fill in the donation amount and at the prompt Donation Information, type Friends of the Mindemoya Old School. Complete your contact information and it will direct you to the payment page. You can donate using PayPal or your credit card. Please also notify FOMOS of your donation at mindemoyaoldschool@gmail.com
End-of-year tax receipts will be issued by ACO.
